John Ranis began his insurance career in 1977. In 1984 he worked with Fleming Foods as an underwriter for their captive grocery insurance program. In 1986 when Fleming Foods moved their insurance operations out of California he joined Holtemann, Ord & Smith, Inc. as a Commercial Account Supervisor supervising Agency personnel and Firemans Fund's C.O.S. agency authority program for accounts over $250,000.00 in annual premium. In 1988 he joined H.N. Christensen Co., Inc. John is a past President of The Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Marin ( 1994 - 1996) and past (founding) Secretary of The Rotary Club of Novato Sunrise (1995).

William Reilly began his insurance career in 1959 as an insurance clerk with GEICO. He took time out of his insurance career to serve 6 years ( 1967-1973 ) in the U.S. Army Special Forces Group. After a total of 17 years with GEICO he left the company as the Underwiting Manager for the 13 western states managing 205 employees plus 5 managers. In 1976 he became an Independent Insurance Agent. In1983 he co-founded Suncoast Insurance Service. Bill is a past President of The Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Marin ( 1989 - 1991).

Janelle Lombardi is a fourth generation insurance agent. After graduating from Sonoma State University in 2006 she joined her family's business. Janelle is a former Sonoma County League 'MVP' for Basketball in her Senior year of High School. She is currently the Varsity Girl's Basketball Assistant Coach at Petaluma High School. Janelle also coaches or has coached AAU, NJB, and Freshman Girl's Basketball in Petaluma.
