Janelle Robello is a fourth generation insurance agent and a fifth generation Californian. Her maternal great grandfather, Harry Christensen, was the founder of the original insurance agency that eventually became Allstar West Insurance, and in the 1940s her paternal great grandparents moved from Italy to Petaluma, where the family established the well-known Lombardi's Market, and later, Lombardi's Men's and Boy's Store on Petaluma Boulevard. Janelle graduated from Sonoma State University in 2006, and soon afterward she joined her family’s business as a personal lines agent.
